It is both an honor and a responsibility to serve you as the Mayor of our great Bathinda city. As we navigate the crossroads of custom and change, I feel a unique sense of responsibility alongside optimism about the shared future we are constructing together.
My vision for our city stems from sustainable development, inclusive growth, and prioritizing empathy within governance. Progress is assessed not only by infrastructure and technology but also by the quality of life we provide to each and every citizen. From education and employment to healthcare, safety, and cultural enrichment— life should offer myriad opportunities for residents to thrive.
We will not only have a vibrant and thriving economy that encourages innovation and entrepreneurial pursuits, but it must also keep in mind the character and identity of our city. Our plans for development will be ecologically responsible, technologically advanced, and socially just—so that no one is pushed aside.
As your mayor, I vow to safeguard transparency, openness, and joint action as my guiding principles for all our initiatives—defending these values gives us the tools necessary to bear witness to positive change. Every resident should seek to be an active contributor in the designing of our shared future. This city progresses on the bedrock of its citizens—their voices, thoughts, and dreams.
